Description
Calendula (Calendula officinalis) is the plant that keeps on giving. Pretty in your garden, edible and medicinal. I grow loads of it in my garden, and infuse the flowers into organic olive oil to make this balm. Calendula has anti-inflammatory properties and is often used for scratches, rashes and dermatitis. I also add infused, wild foraged plantain straight from my never sprayed yard. Plantain has been used for centuries for its skin soothing properties. This seems the perfect combination to sooth freshly shaven skin. This balm is very lightly scented with Virginian Cedarwood & eucalyptus essential oils.
Ingredients: Organic olive oil infused with garden grown organic calendula flowers and wild foraged plantain , organic coconut oil, raw local beeswax, Virginian Cedarwood essential oil, Eucalyptus essential oil, vitamin e.

I make balms in small batches using wild foraged, home grown, & locally sourced ingredients as much as possible. I partner with local beekeepers to provide lovely raw beeswax. Organic oils make this a very wholesome salve.
